Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training programs.
Coordinate the preparation of training schedules, invitations, materials, and manage the budget process from approval to liquidation reporting.
Maintain and update employee training records and training history logs.
Monitor training attendance and collect feedback for reporting evaluation.
Support in learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Support timekeeping by accurately recording attendance, maintaining timesheets, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HRDM/Psychology/related field
With 6 months to 1 year related work experience (required)
With strong initiative skills
Able to work with deadlines
Team player, organized, and resourceful
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Flexible and willing to support various HR functions
