Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training programs.
  • Coordinate the preparation of training schedules, invitations, materials, and manage the budget process from approval to liquidation reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee training records and training history logs.
  • Monitor training attendance and collect feedback for reporting evaluation.
  • Support in learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support timekeeping by accurately recording attendance, maintaining timesheets, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRDM/Psychology/related field
  • With 6 months to 1 year related work experience (required)
  • With strong initiative skills
  • Able to work with deadlines
  • Team player, organized, and resourceful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Flexible and willing to support various HR functions
