Job Summary:
The HR Assistant serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and plays a key role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This position is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support including talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation while fostering a positive, high-performing work culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and leaders to understand business strategies and workforce needs.
- Develop HR strategies and solutions that support organizational objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decision-making.
- Support recruitment needs by identifying talent gaps and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Guide managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations.
- Support performance improvement plans and ensures consistency in performance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Promote a positive company culture through engagement programs, communication initiatives, and employee recognition activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in HR, with a background in generalist or HRBP roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
