As a Fixed-Term HR Analyst, you will provide essential HR operational and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of HR services across the organization. You will work closely with HR officers and external partners to maintain data accuracy, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
General HR & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR team and support various HR activities and workflows
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related concerns
Benefits Administration
- Manage and process PhilHealth forms, optical benefit reimbursements, and other government-related or benefits-related documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all benefits submissions
Vendor Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with external vendors on billing, reference checks, and payment processing
- Support vendor management tasks including the completion, tracking, and collation of required documents
Timekeeping, Leave, & Attendance
- Assist in the monitoring and processing of employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping-related matters
Recruitment Support
- Conduct paper screening and candidate sourcing
- Manage pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, and coordination
- Support the scheduling and preparation of onboarding and Express Orientation activities
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Prepare onboarding materials such as ID cards, supplies, and other required items
- Assist in sourcing vendors, coordinating logistics, and preparing activities for employee engagement programs
Employee Records & Data Management
- Maintain employee files and conduct regular document inventory
- Update various HR databases and prepare simple reports as needed
Administrative Transactions
- Process administrative forms such as eWF, RFPs, and other internal documentation
- Perform additional administrative duties and support tasks assigned from time to time
What Sets You Apart
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with HR systems is an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a 1-year fixed-term role
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
