Responsibilities:
The (HR) Administrator will be responsible for employee information processing, data entry and related processes, including claims and overpayments, supporting our payroll delivery. They will also maintain process documentation, support process improvement and provide
transactional support for assigned team member enquiries.
To be successful, this role will have a high level of competence in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ticketing system, and will work and adhere to established service expectations and timelines for work activities.
Deliverables:
Payroll processing, data entry and associated processes
Process ad hoc payroll data loads that come to us from our key stakeholders
Process Record of Employment (ROEs)
Process Provincial & Federal Tax forms
Follow up and resolve banking issues and returned payments
Process manual hires and terminations
Process manual company transfers & payroll area changes
Overpayments & garnishments
Manage team member overpayments and garnishments
Process ad hoc payments sent to P&C (HR) within the HRIS system
Support garnishment processes as required
Process documentation & process improvement
Develop and maintain process documentation
Find process and procedure improvements
Participate in testing within the HRIS system on an adhoc basis
Provide feedback on the HRIS system to be considered for enhancements
Team Member Enquiries
Manage assigned team member enquiries though ticketing system
Provide copies of pay statements and tax slips on request
Generate employment verification letters for non-active team members
Provide basic transactional support for any non-automated work related to team member hires, changes and separations
