The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Ensures that the internal recruitment and staffing needs are met while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select candidates that match client specifications.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
Compliance and Policy Development
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining compliance across all HR practices.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with changes in legislation or company objectives.
Performance Management
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance in accordance with the needs of clients.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their performance and career development.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and oversee the development of training programs for employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates and recruitment efficiency, to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding HR-related metrics and trends.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring alignment with agency goals and promoting professional/growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
