- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, values, and growth objectives in the organization and its industry.
- Act as a thought partner to the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization.

- People Operations
- Implement scalable HR systems, processes, and policies across multiple hubs or operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations affecting TNVS operations, including driver-partner engagement models.
- Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Design and manage performance appraisal frameworks for diverse workforce segments (HQ employees, field staff, and driver-partners).
- Lead initiatives on employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive and flexible compensation structures that account for gig economy practices, including driver incentives and non-traditional benefits.
- On time and accurate processing of compensation, benefits and other related under total rewards system.
- Maintains the compliance of regulatory PH labor law.
- Formulate and develop total rewards system as strategic retention program.
- Culture and Change Management
- Foster a values-driven culture while supporting rapid organizational change, especially in expansion or regulatory shifts.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all workforce layers.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Masters degree or MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field is advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership or strategic HR Role.
- With background in Retail, TNVS, Logistic, Mobility and tech transportation is preferred. environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading HR functions in scaling or fast-paced organizations (e.g., start-ups, tech-enabled platforms, or multi-site operations).
