Job Summary
The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems to support business and HR operations. This role focuses on project management, data governance, and reporting, ensuring that HR technology solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Systems Management
- Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms.
- Ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user support.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and integrations.
2. Project Management
- Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely execution.
3. Data Management & Governance
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data.
- Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage data audits and resolve discrepancies.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Design and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR leaders, Finance, and IT to understand system and reporting needs.
- Provide training and support to HRIS users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS, with strong exposure to project management.
- Proven experience in HR systems implementation and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of data management, reporting tools, and HR analytics.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements.
