- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, tardiness, and leaves
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Source and interview potential candidates to support recruitment efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or in a similar HR/administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning HRIS software
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
