This position focuses entirely on HR Operations, Culture, and Compliance. It does NOT involve recruitment or talent acquisition
How You'll Make an Impact:
You will work side-by-side with our HR Specialist to ensure our PH operations run like clockwork:
- Specialist Support: Assist HR Specialist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking
- Compliance: Help maintain harmony with DOLE regulations, PH labor laws, and handle BIR transactions (required).
- Employee Journey: Guide new hires through onboarding and support performance evaluations and PIP tracking.
- Culture & Fun: Help organize engagement programs that keep our team inspired.
- Contractor Relations: Oversee procedures for our independent contractors and act as a friendly face for all HR inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR (BPO/Tech/Telecom preferred).
- Compliance: Exposure of PH labor laws and BIR transactions (Required).
- Tech-Forward: Fluent in Google Workspace and AI-savvy (comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity).
- Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal).
- Mindset: A proactive builder who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision
