The incumbent is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and training functions, including sourcing and screening candidates, administering assessments, conducting background checks, maintaining talent databases, and processing pre-employment requirements. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and oversees internship and school partnerships.
Additionally, coordinates and delivers New Employee Orientation and other training programs (both in-person and virtual), develops training materials based on the Learning and Development Plan, collaborates with subject matter experts, manages program implementation, and prepares post-training reports and evaluations to support continuous improvement.
Duties And Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Utilizes all available sourcing channels and recruitment resources to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Conducts initial interviews in accordance with established screening standards and role-specific criteria.
- Administers aptitude and personality assessments to evaluate applicants competencies and suitability for the role.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with team members, business units, and applicants to foster credibility, collaboration, and improved recruitment outcomes.
- Reviews and consolidates pre-employment documents submitted by successful candidates and endorses them to the Data Management and Compensation and Benefits Associate for proper filing and encoding.
- Maintains and updates an active talent pool and applicant database to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Conducts background investigations for all positions prior to the issuance of job offers.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internship coordination and school partnerships, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Conducts New Employee Orientation to all new hires.
Training
- Conducts trainings based on Core training programs
- Manages and implements the logistics of both public and in-house programs.
- Conducts training on both face-2-face and different virtual platforms.
- Collates suggested training programs for training interventions from the Learning Development plan.
- Handles communication and course requirements to and from the participants and/or clients and the resource person.
- Prepares for the after event (post training report, evaluation summary).
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Operations, Psychology, Education or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and Training
- Knowledgeable in searching, attracting and assessing job candidates and to guide the appointing authority in choosing the best fit for the job
- Can coordinate and communicate the needs for upcoming trainings and also conduct trainings for Core training programs.
