Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer, onboarding)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Create and post job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews or final interviews with department heads
  • Assess candidate qualifications using screening tools, interview checklists, and behavioral questions
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking database and recruitment reports
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification when required
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules
  • Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and branding initiatives
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed (e.g., employee engagement, admin support)
