Role Description
You will be the dedicated HubSpot owner for a long-term Swiss client engagement, embedded directly with their marketing and operations in Switzerland. You will own day-to-day administration and optimization of the full HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub/CRM), automate workflows, build reports leadership actually uses, and extend the platform through the HubSpot API — including AI-augmented workflows that connect HubSpot to external AI services for lead intelligence, content automation, and CRM enrichment. You will be the single point of HubSpot authority for the client and the person who turns business intent into shipped solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub/CRM — data model, properties, lifecycle stages, lists, workflows, sequences, pipelines, permissions, and reporting
- Maintain CRM data quality through ongoing audits, governance standards, deduplication, and segmentation
- Design and build automated workflows for lead management, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and internal notifications
- Build and maintain HubSpot API integrations between HubSpot and external systems (light HubL, JavaScript, and serverless functions where needed)
- Design and implement AI-augmented workflows (lead scoring, CRM enrichment, intelligent routing, content automation) using the HubSpot API and external AI services
- Build dashboards and reports that drive leadership decisions and operational visibility
- Partner directly with the client's marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders — translate business goals into HubSpot solutions, train users, and document everything
Must-Have
- 5–8 years of professional HubSpot experience as an administrator, solutions specialist, or operations engineer
- Deep working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub **and** Sales Hub/CRM — workflows, automation, data model design, lifecycle management, lists, sequences, dashboards
- Proven experience using the HubSpot REST API to build integrations (not just configure native HubSpot connectors)
- Working proficiency in JavaScript and basic HubL — comfortable writing serverless functions and small custom modules when needed
- Experience supporting marketing operations and revenue operations in a B2B environment
- Strong written and spoken English (daily Swiss client communication)
- Reliable ability to work full Swiss business hours

- HubSpot certifications: Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS Developer, or HubSpot Solutions Architect
- Experience integrating AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) into HubSpot workflows via API
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
- Experience with adjacent platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce, Marketo)
- HubSpot Operations Hub experience
- Prior experience with European or Swiss clients
- Banking, financial services, or regulated-industry exposure
