The Role
We're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot Focus). This role is designed for highly organized professionals who excel at managing administrative workflows, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients.
You'll play a key role in designing, building, and managing end-to-end marketing automation programs.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation platforms, with significant expertise in HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience designing and implementing marketing and paid media strategies integrated with automation workflows tailored to business needs.
- Experience in developing MarTech automation, including successful implementation projects across various platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build audience segments from data analysis to support targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and lifecycle progression
- Expertise in implementing paid media strategies (audience targeting, media planning, campaign execution).
- Experience creating detailed reports and performance dashboards within Data Visualization tools using CRM and marketing campaign data (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and tools like Python or SQL.
Highly Desired Skills
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline automation and enhance engagement.
- Technical aptitude to understand scripting languages (e.g., Hubl, Python, Flask), WordPress, and APIs for enhanced collaboration with data teams. Previous experience advising businesses on digital strategy, including automation strategy, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization (consulting background is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate SEO effectiveness and monitor social media content performance.

Responsibilities
- HubSpot Mastery: Serve as an expert for the HubSpot platform, managing all aspects, including workflows, campaigns, forms, landing pages, email marketing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Workflow Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain complex automation workflows across email, SMS, and other digital channels, tailored to specific audiences or internal business needs and integrated with broader marketing strategies.
- Multi-Channel Integration: Manage MarTech integrations with internal systems and marketing tools to maintain accurate data flow, functionality, and alignment across platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Execute email and SMS campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing initiatives and optimizing for lead conversion and lifecycle progression.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Build and manage audience segments based on established ICPs and buying personas within Hubspot and other marketing automated systems. Ensure data accuracy and utilize data analysis to enhance personalized marketing campaigns and targeted media planning.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create detailed performance dashboards and reports, leveraging tools like HubSpot reporting, Google Analytics, and Data Visualization tools like Tableau and Looker Studio, Python, and SQL, Google Analytics, etc. to track key performance indicators (KPIs), optimized results, and provide ROI reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Optimization and Strategy: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign and funnel performance, including lead conversion, engagement, and lifecycle progression, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization, digital strategy, and improved close rates.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to streamline omnichannel automation processes, enhance campaign efficiency, and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Advisory Role: Advise internal teams on best practices for marketing automation strategy, campaign optimization, and effective use of marketing automation platforms to support broader digital initiatives.
