Role Description

This is a full-time remote HubSpot Onboarding Specialist role.

The HubSpot Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience for new HubSpot customers. This includes evaluating customer needs, configuring HubSpot, training users, and troubleshooting problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools, as well as experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and requirements
• Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs
• Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
• Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot
• Provide ongoing support to customers
• Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality

Must Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
• Experience with project management and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for helping businesses succeed
• You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)
• HubSpot platform setup experience
• Experience with project management software, for example - Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com
