Job Title: Marketing Operations / HubSpot Specialist

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Operations professional to take full ownership of our HubSpot environment. This is a hands-on role with a strong operational focus, responsible for bringing structure, consistency, and optimization to HubSpot - a system that hasn't had dedicated ownership for some time.

You will be the go-to HubSpot expert, driving improvements, maintaining data integrity, and enabling the marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Ownership & Execution

  • Take end-to-end ownership of HubSpot, including workflows, campaigns, forms, email, and reporting.
  • Build and optimize workflows and automations to support demand generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign setup and tracking in HubSpot, including events.
  • Ensure forms are correctly capturing data and attribution is accurate.
  • Execute email campaigns with a focus on continuous improvement and engagement.

Data Hygiene, Dashboards & Reporting

  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate data in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain repeatable dashboards providing visibility into top-of-funnel health, channel and campaign ROI (e.g., events, ads, activations).
  • Eliminate the need for ad-hoc reporting by leadership through scalable and consistent reporting practices.

Lead Scoring & Segmentation

  • Maintain the existing lead scoring model, ensuring new forms and activities are properly mapped.
  • Partner with the marketing team to analyze lead progression and provide insights to inform future improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with RevOps to ensure HubSpot data integrates smoothly with Salesforce, enabling clean handoffs and visibility across the GTM stack.
  • Serve as the marketing-side owner of HubSpot data without direct responsibility for Salesforce architecture.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Understand the why behind requests and identify when a task may not fully address the underlying problem.
  • Proactively propose scalable, efficient, and improved ways to leverage HubSpot.
  • Balance hands-on execution with independent problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign execution, and demand generation.
  • Skilled in data management, reporting, and building dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze lead progression, segment audiences, and maintain lead scoring models.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, and marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What Success Looks Like:

  • A clean, optimized, and fully functional HubSpot instance.
  • Repeatable, actionable dashboards providing insight into marketing performance.
  • Efficient workflows and campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing operations.
