SwissPine Tech is seeking an Hubspot Full Stack Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity supporting a European Partner. You will serve as the dedicated technical lead for a critical digital ecosystem, taking ownership of the integration of an Event Management System into HubSpot while simultaneously managing the development and continuous optimization of three distinct brand websites .
This is not a standard CMS maintenance role; it is a Solution Architect and Builder role for a Full-Stack technical expert. You must be capable of architecting custom data solutions, managing multi-domain environments, and executing high-fidelity designs without a support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event System Architecture & Backend Integration:
- Architect the HubSpot CRM to handle complex Event data using Custom Objects (e.g., separating Events, Attendees, and Sponsors) beyond standard CRM capabilities.
- Build and maintain custom API integrations (REST/GraphQL) to sync data between HubSpot and external event tools/databases.
- Utilize JavaScript (ES6+) and HubSpot Serverless Functions to manage complex registration flows and dynamic attendee lists.
- Multi-Brand Web Development (Frontend):
- Manage the simultaneous development of 3 distinct websites inside a single HubSpot Enterprise portal.
- Develop complex custom themes, modules, and templates using HubL, HTML5, and CSS3 that ensure a consistent yet distinct identity for each brand.
- Execute UI/UX design concepts (from Figma/Adobe XD), ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design for mobile/desktop.
- Technical Leadership & System Optimization:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders, translating business goals into technical execution.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions to meet tight event deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical blockers, optimize Core Web Vitals/SEO, and resolve complex integration issues between the CRM backend and CMS frontend.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ Years of total Full-Stack Web Development experience.
- 3+ Years of specialized deep-dive experience with HubSpot (CMS Hub & Operations Hub).
- Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Expert Proficiency in HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) and CRM data structures.
- High Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Node.js for custom web app components.
- Strong Proficiency in API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and HubSpot Serverless Functions.
- Project Capabilities:
- Proven experience deploying Event Management Systems or complex Membership Sites within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Ability to manage multi-domain architectures (handling multiple distinct brands/websites in parallel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active HubSpot Developer Certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, API Integration).
- Experience in the Financial Services or Event Production industry.
- Background in UI/UX principles to accurately translate designs into code without a dedicated designer on hand.
- Experience with HubDB for dynamic content rendering.
