Supervise import, export, transit operations and customs clearance to maintain on-time performance and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
Plan and arrange staff roster to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and achieve the hub cost plan
Supervise and control transit operation and payload air feed cost to utilize aircraft space while maintaining cost effectiveness
Perform operations according to MOP; review MOP for import/export/transit operations to cope with business and operation changes and enhance productivity & effectiveness
Provide training to all staff to ensure staff perform their job according to MOP and safety work methods
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree holder in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline.
More than 4 years of related experience, with 1 year in management level, preferably from transportation, logistics, or Airlines industry and in MNC.
Good command of English (both writing and speaking)
Good knowledge of airlines/cargo/warehouse management.
