We are looking for a committed and detail‑oriented HSE Supervisor to support our ongoing projects and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the project complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Assist and collaborate with HSE representatives from all project stakeholders
- Implement and maintain comprehensive HSE programs focused on hazard identification, risk control, emergency preparedness, waste management, industrial hygiene, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and meetings to identify non‑compliances, recommend corrective actions, and perform follow‑up assessments
- Plan, implement, and facilitate safety training and preventive programs
- Oversee on‑site environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Provide guidance to the project management team regarding HSE compliance and standards
- Lead emergency action planning and coordinate incident notifications, investigations, and case management
- Maintain logs, inspection reports, and HSE‑related correspondence
- Report on project health and safety status and participate in team meetings
- Maintain consistent on-site presence to champion safety culture
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Certified HSE qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting HSE inspections and audits on construction sites
- Experience in coastal or infrastructure projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
