Office Beacon is seeking a HRIS & Workforce Data Specialist to be the trusted steward of employee data across our HR and workforce management systems (ADP and Deputy). You'll ensure records are accurate, onboarding and offboarding run smoothly, and managers can rely on timely updates to keep operations seamless.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and the responsibility of handling sensitive information with care.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update employee profiles in ADP and Deputy
- Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, transfers, wage changes, etc.)
- Ensure accurate data entry across platforms and resolve discrepancies
- Support onboarding by creating employee profiles, capturing compliance documents, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Manage offboarding by updating termination details and payroll trackers
- Keep internal tracking documents up-to-date for transparency and collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Experience with ADP, Deputy, or similar HRIS/workforce management systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Independent worker with excellent time management skills
- Reliable availability during standard business hours
- Prior HR operations, payroll administration, or data management experience strongly preferred
