Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
- Maintain and manage daily HRIS operations, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Configure, customize, and update system settings based on business needs.
- Administer user access, security roles, and permissions.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions with other teams.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve duplicate records, data inconsistencies, and errors.
- Develop and generate BI reports to support HR decision-making.
- System Enhancements & Project Management
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Test and validate new functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Document system configurations, changes, and best practices for internal reference.
User Support & Training
- Serve as an escalation point for HRIS-related support tickets and troubleshooting.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training to HR teams and employees.
- Monitor user adoption and provide guidance on system best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external UKG consultants.
- Track and manage UKG vendor support cases and enhancement requests.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and system performance aligns with business needs.
- Mentor and guide HRIS Specialists and Analysts, fostering technical and professional growth.
- Manage HRIS projects, including cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead testing, validation, and change management for new features and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, IT system administration, or HR technology support.
- Advance experience with UKG Pro, WFM, Ready and Cognos (BI module of UKG)
- Experience supporting or partnering closely with payroll functions; exposure to UKG Pay and UKG Payment Services is highly desirable.
- Strong background in production support environments with formal ticketing systems and SLA management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel and reporting tools (Cognos BI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with HR, IT, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
