Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and related HR systems
  • Provide day-to-day support to users, resolve issues, and manage escalations via ServiceNow
  • Support system enhancements including testing (UAT), releases, and change management
  • Manage and support Workday Core HCM processes (hire, job changes, termination, org structures)
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system improvements
  • Assess cross-module impacts across Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, and Reporting
  • Manage Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data uploads and system updates
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure effective system delivery

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with Workday
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exposure working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Experience in HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Background in system support, configuration, or implementation
