We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented HRIS Assistant Manager to lead and optimize our Human Resource Information Systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system accuracy, process efficiency, and data integrity across all HR functions.
Position Overview
The HRIS Assistant Manager will oversee system configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR platforms, particularly in Performance Management and Disciplinary Management modules. The role will also ensure accurate timekeeping management and HR data encoding to support strategic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure HRIS modules, including Performance Management and Disciplinary Management
- Ensure accurate system setup, workflow configuration, and policy alignment
- Oversee company-wide timekeeping system administration and monitoring
- Supervise HRIS encoding, employee data updates, and records maintenance
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within the system
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decisions
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for system enhancements and issue resolution
- Support system improvements, testing, and implementation of new features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in HRIS configuration and system administration
- Strong background in timekeeping systems and HR data management
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and HR systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
