The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing support, optimization, and administration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures the effective use of HR technologies by managing system configurations, supporting integrations, performing testing, designing solutions, and assisting in system deployments. The analyst will collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
  • Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Support system integrations, upgrades, and releases by performing validation and ensuring proper deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS solutions align with business needs.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of techno-functional HRMS/HRIS experience, including system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid interpersonal and change-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with Oracle HRMS or Workday is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in global or multinational organizations is a plus.
