Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with group and onshore leadership to design and deliver people strategies that support the growth, productivity and sustainability of the offshoring centre.
- Translate business and delivery requirements into workforce plans covering hiring, capability, capacity, performance and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organisational design, talent risks, succession and workforce optimisation.
End-to-End HR Operations
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, rewards, engagement and exits.
- Establish and continuously improve HR policies, processes and governance appropriate for an offshore delivery environment.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while building scalable and efficient people processes.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Lead employee relations with sound judgement, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant handling of people matters.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Manage sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion and a strong sense of integrity.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Scaling
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Head to support hiring strategies for critical roles, balancing speed, quality and cost.
- Support workforce ramp-up initiatives, including vendor management where applicable.
- Provide insights on local talent market trends and workforce risks.
Culture, Engagement and Capability Building
- Shape a strong, inclusive culture aligned to the firm's values while reflecting local context.
- Drive employee engagement, communication and change initiatives as the centre matures.
- Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability and people practices.
Governance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Leverage people data and metrics to inform decisions, track outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish clear HR reporting and dashboards for regional and onshore stakeholders.
- Continuously review and enhance HR practices, challenging the status quo to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
Key Requirements:
- 8 12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure in both HR business partnering and HR operations.
- Proven experience leading HR in an offshoring, shared services, BPO or delivery centre environment (strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of Philippine labour laws, employee relations and HR compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline and follow-through.
- A proactive, solutions-driven leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive change.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
