Role Description

The Human Resources Business Partner will drive HR initiatives and support a high-performing organization in Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site role involving the development and implementation of HR policies, addressing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing performance programs to support organizational growth. The HR Business Partner will collaborate across teams and act as a trusted advisor for both management and employees, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Policies and employee engagement
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Skills in Performance Management, including implementing and monitoring employee performance programs
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are advantageous
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus
