The Intern Will Be Tasked With The Following
- Business Communication & Design:
- Craft professional and brand-aligned PowerPoint and document templates for policy communication;
- Develop and execute skills in visual storytelling, layout design, and formatting for executive audiences;
- Practice synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and collaterals.
- Understanding of Talent Management Frameworks:
- Gain exposure to core HR policies and processes (e.g., Executive Hiring, Succession Planning, Onboarding, Talent Mobility. Competency Development);
- Understand how integrated talent systems work across a diversified conglomerate;
- Learn how talent strategies align with organizational goals and leadership development.
- HR Technology & Data Structuring:
- Create a project management template for priority projects;
- Understand the role of data in strategic HR decision-making and talent intelligence.
- Project & Stakeholder Support:
- Develop the ability to collaborate with HR professionals and contribute to group-wide initiatives;
- Gain hands-on exposure to networking with external stakeholders;
- Conduct research related to talent management and potentially source for candidates.
- Strategic Thinking & Policy Awareness:
- Learn how corporate policies are communicated, operationalized, and standardized across multiple business units;
- Develop an understanding of governance and consistency in group-level HR practices.
These deliverables provide the intern with a holistic view of strategic HR work, while also sharpening both technical and soft skills critical for success in corporate environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to students from courses in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering
- Open to students from any Business-related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools is a must
- Proficiency in database management is preferred
