Bro Media & Paylo LTD are digital marketing companies based in London, with a team that is working fully remotely across the world (We don't have any office)

We are a storytelling platform that distributes entertaining and engaging stories across a variety of network and social media platforms, over more than 10+ countries and more than 8 languages.

Our network of sites includes lots of different topics (People, pets, travel, stories) and provide a strong and wide audience for advertisers (30+ Millions single users / month).

Job description

To contribute to our development, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will work on the recruitment of various profiles for all of our activities, as well as creating streamlines processes to improve hiring, onboarding, assessing performances and Managing payrolls

  • Implement BambooHR within the company
  • Define, collect and analyze our recruitment needs from the department managers
  • Create Job descriptions and tests to pre-qualify candidates
  • Contribute to the sourcing strategy (recruitment website, social networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Hunt for talent by doing outreach on different recruitment channels
  • Conduct recruitment interviews using Loom Video recording
  • Prepare summaries for internal managers
  • Onboard new employees
  • Gather Feedback ,strengthen employee satisfaction and keep a strong company culture
  • Manage employee Payrolls

Your Profile

  • You are curious, autonomous, proactive and can take initiatives.
  • You master remote-working and you're capable to organise your own schedule and get things done
  • As a recruitment specialist, you are also empathetic, jovial and the well-being of employees is as important to you as their productivity.
  • You are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, and you know the best ways and tools to achieve your goals.
  • An interest in the digital world would obviously be a plus.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Bamboo HR, TestGorilla, Linkedin Recruiter or similar HR & recruitment tools
  • Part-time job that will become a full time position in the future
  • Remote position
  • Remuneration: according to your profile and experience
