Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and post job descriptions, use social media, professional networks, job boards, and attend events to attract candidates.
Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct interviews (behavioral/competency-based), perform assessments, and manage background checks.
Hiring & Onboarding: Coordinate final decisions, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as a desirable place to work and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Pipeline & Data: Build talent pipelines, use recruitment technology (ATS), analyze data, and report on hiring metrics.
