The HR Support will provide day-to-day assistance to the HR Manager by handling administrative HR tasks, with a strong focus on inductions, pre-employment screening, and chasing compliance items such as driver's licences and tickets. The role is not technically complex but will require high energy and strong attention to detail to stay on top of multiple tasks.

Key Duties

  • Coordinate and process staff inductions, ensuring all requirements are completed on time
  • Conduct and follow up on candidate pre-employment screening checks
  • Track and chase required documentation such as driving licences, tickets, and compliance records
  • Maintain HR records accurately and up to date
  • Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc HR administration tasks
  • Other duties as directed by the HR Manager

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and other relevant degree industry qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Australian experience is a plus
  • Can support busy HR functions on a daily basis
  • Has a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Understand or can quickly familiarise with Australian workplace legislation and regulations
  • General HR administration experience
  • HR Certifications are highly regarded

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
