Job Summary
The HR Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. While the role primarily focuses on Training and Development, it also performs other HR functions in a generalist capacity to support overall HR operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, job analysis, and coordination with department heads
- Develop, organize, and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Supervise and support trainers or training staff in delivering effective learning sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Support career development, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate with HR team members to support day-to-day HR operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least45 years of experiencein Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to assess training needs and measure learning outcomes
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
