An HRBP Supervisor aligns human resources strategies with business goals, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership while managing HR operations. They guide talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design, ensuring HR initiatives drive business productivity and positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and succession planning.

  • Manage complex employee relations, mediate conflicts, and champion company culture and wellness.

  • Guide onboarding, training, and exit processes.

  • Use HR metrics to analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Ensure policies adhere to local employment laws.
