Overall Job Purpose
Overall responsible in planning and implementing companys employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in handling Employee Relations team.
- Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking and meeting timelines on deliverables.
- Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
- Profound knowledge of the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
- Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage, but not required
GENERAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations Team.
- Handles and facilitates end to end process of Employee Relations.
- Handles and monitors employee records.
- In charge in the preparation and issuance of Employees Extension and Renewal of Contract.
- In charge in the issuance and discussion of Regularization Contract, Probationary Contracts, Reclassification, and Merit Increase as per Personnel Action File (PAF) and equivalent company benefits.
- Checks and coordinates with Operations regarding the staff and workers recommended for Transfer to another site. Provides the Recruitment Team a list of approved names for transfer.
- Monitors contracts of staff and workers.
- Facilitate and issuance of Employees Performance Evaluation. Tracking and monitoring of each Staff and Workers Performance Rating and Status.
- Monitors staff and workers who have reached one (1) year of continuous service and provide list to Payroll Team as reference to their eligibility of Service Incentive Leave (SIL).
- Processes Resignation Letter received from Employees and conducts Exit Interviews.
- Checks and monitors Staff and Workers submitted Clearance.
- Processes all Incident Report received from Sites and Offices.
- Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
