Job Summary
RF-Tech IT Solutions is looking for a results-driven HR Supervisor to oversee and streamline the management of our freelance workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stabilizing our HR processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining high production standards across multiple data processing and logistics projects. You will be the primary bridge between management and our freelancers, ensuring that our workforce is balanced, motivated, and aligned with our daily volume demands.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Coordination: Manage the Full Picture of our freelancers, ensuring shift coverage aligns with project needs.
Process Improvement: Audit and refine current HR workflows—including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding—to ensure maximum efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with Project Leads to monitor output and address performance gaps or backlogs promptly.
Conflict & Inquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for freelancer concerns regarding invoicing, tool access, and schedule adjustments.
Policy Enforcement: Maintain and update guidelines for rest days, weekend shifts, and emergency spike coverage.
Payroll & Administrative Support: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate processing of freelance payments and resolve any disputes.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role. Experience in a BPO or ITES, or Data Annotation firm is highly preferred.
Freelance Expertise: Proven track record of managing a large-scale (100+) remote or independent contractor workforce.
Labor Knowledge: Solid understanding of Philippine labor regulations and the legal distinctions of independent contractor relationships.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret production data to make staffing recommendations.

Empathetic Leadership: Ability to communicate with a human-first approach while maintaining professional boundaries.
High Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where project priorities and pilot project requirements can shift rapidly.
Problem Solving: A proactive mindset for fixing tool issues or bottlenecked processes before they become backlogs.
Salary: Starts at 30,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)
