Job Description

About the Role:

The Human Resources Supervisor for Training and Engagement is primarily responsible for managing engagement initiatives, employee training sessions, and administrative functions of the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that operational goals are met in relation to the implementation of engagement, training and administrative services.
  • Conceptualize, plan and implement engagement and training activities for the organization
  • Supervise timekeeping for payroll processing.
  • Oversees employee records management and updating of HRIS.

What We're Looking For:

  • A college graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or Business from a reputable university
  • Has 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience handling different HR functional areas
  • Can communicate effectively with staff, managers, and individuals outside of the department at all levels of the organization
  • Has experience in developing training modules and facilitating training sessions.
  • Has experience in planning and implementing employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses above-average Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google applications skills
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
