Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 35 years of progressive HR experience, with 23 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Salary: Php 25,000 30,000
