JOB SCOPE:
- This position directly reports to the General Services and Administration Manager and is responsible for overseeing the administration of company benefits, governance, and general services in the organization.
- This job also ensures all employee records are maintained and safekept according to data privacy guidelines.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration or any related courses
- At least two (2) years experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits processing and administration.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Company-Initiated Benefits (Staff House, Loans, Uniform, Mobile Plan, etc.)
- Last Pay Processing
- Government and Government-Owned Controlled Agencies Processes and Compliance (e.g., National Wages Productivity Board, DOLE, BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF etc.)
