Job Description/responsibilities

  • Administration & clerical works (201 files)
  • Assist in preparing payroll
  • Personnel Assignment & deployment
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Timekeeping & attendance monitoring
  • Recording and reporting
  • Event Assistance
  • and other related duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience in HR or admin work and internship experience is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and government statutory processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Teamworking skills with diverse group of people
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Can work fulltime in the Office located at Quezon City (Near SM North Edsa)
