- Assist with recruiting talent, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and HR documents.
- Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and employee record-keeping.
- Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures within Lazer Music's dynamic Shopping & Retail industry setting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role or relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with HR software and MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
