Job Description

  • Assist with recruiting talent, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and HR documents.
  • Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and employee record-keeping.
  • Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures within Lazer Music's dynamic Shopping & Retail industry setting.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role or relevant internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with HR software and MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, eagerness to learn, and proactive team player.
