Qualifications
- College graduate in Business or Behavioral Science Course; Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in the field of Human Resources
- Newly Graduate are welcome to apply.
- With strong Labor Relations skills and exposure.
Excellent in oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct group presentation and facilitation.
- Proven organizational and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with others,
regardless of level or function.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Help develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration.
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Help develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
- Leaves and payroll administration, travel booking administration
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
- Counsels employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
