Job Description
Executes recruitment initiatives for South Forbes salesforce (Sell All, Condo-Focused and Fullerton
Sales Teams).
- Expands sourcing channels for potential sales recruits.
- Strengthens online and offline presence for sales recruitment.
ii. Partners with schools and employment services offices for recruitment events.
iii. Explores opportunities to expand the network with sales professionals and organizations.
- Evaluates candidates based on the identified success profile and role profiling standards.
- Invites candidates for an interview and discusses career opportunities.
ii. Performs interviews and screening of sellers, and endorses candidates to sales leaders.
iii. Recommends candidates for onboarding.
iv. Discusses the content of the offer sheet, contract, and role expectations.
- Ensures positive candidate experience following the recruitment process
- Reviews the recruitment process and seeks feedback from sales teams
ii. Benchmarks with other companies and recommends best practices
iii. Measures the success of recruitment initiatives and provides reports
- Sales Onboarding Training
Plans, organizes, and executes onboarding training programs for incoming sellers.
- Schedules the Onboarding Training of endorsed sellers for onboarding.
ii. Prepares training materials and venue requirements.
iii. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and project knowledge seminars.
iv. Benchmarks with other industry leaders on onboarding training experience.
- Helps the Sales Learning and Development in the rollout of other learning programs.
- Sales HR Management
- Provides advisory services to sellers onsite
ii. Oversee internal communication initiatives to sellers (policy cascade, internal announcements, etc.)
iii. Evaluates the effectiveness of current policies and internal processes, proposing improvements as necessary to support operational efficiency of Sales HR.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
ii. Must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, training, employee engagement or human resources, preferably from a major developer or sales / service industries.
iii. Strong customer focus and great communication/presentation skills are essential to this role.
iv. Must possess an excellent grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
