Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Company's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related applications to meet Company requirements for HR data while administering and implementing compensation programs and employee benefits.

The Role

  • Processes and maintains data in the HR Information System and JDE applications; assesses, identifies, tests and implements improvements or custom functions in said applications
  • Assists in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs by providing analytical support which includes evaluation of jobs, conducting industry and internal equity analyses, and inputting and analyzing benchmark data
  • Facilitates documentation and monitoring of employee movements and organizational chart changes
  • Provides bi-monthly timekeeping support to HR Asset timekeeping and coordinates related concerns with IT; updates and maintains required data in JDE and timekeeping applications
  • Administers company benefits including government statutory benefits, and resolves related issues
  • Participates in special projects/teams as needed

The Individual

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, timekeeping functions, compensation including data analysis, design and administration of compensation plans
  • Proficient in HRIS and JDE applications, with ability to assess and implement process improvements
  • Strong knowledge on employee movement documentation, organizational structures, and company benefits administration
  • Knowledgeable of laws and regularizations related to compensation and statutory benefits
  • Strong analytical mind set, creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be based in Makati with some travel to field sites
