We are looking for anHR Employee Relations and Engagement

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing disciplinary policies and procedures
  • Managing investigations and resolving employee conflicts
  • Designing and executing employee engagement programs
  • Analyzing employee feedback and engagement metrics to inform improvements
  • Training managers and employees on conduct and engagement practices
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations related to discipline and engagement

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration with a focus on HR. (Optional)

Experience:

  • Experience in handling disciplinary actions, including investigations, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution
  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement programs, surveys, and retention strategies
  • Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry can be highly beneficial

Skills:

  • Ability to mediate disputes and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate policies and address concerns
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to disciplinary actions and employee rights
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and disciplinary issues to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Empathy and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
  • Skills in managing high-pressure situations and making objective decisions
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
