An HR Specialist will be responsible for:

Campus Recruitment

Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities to support talent acquisition initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment activities including career fairs, internship programs, workshops, and hiring drives.
Support the development of engagement strategies to attract top student and graduate talent.

Employer Branding

Support the creation of engaging and creative content for the company's social media and employer branding platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop campaigns that highlight company culture, values, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
Assist in promoting the organization as an employer of choice through digital and on-campus initiatives.
Help maintain consistent employer branding across recruitment channels and communication materials.

Requirements

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Organizational Communications, and the like
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in campus engagement and employer branding management
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
Familiarity with Design tool skills (e.g. Figma, Canvas, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
