Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Support talent management initiatives and programs to foster employee development.
Coordinate social recruitment campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with candidates and team members to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

College graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
Must be willing to be assigned at Toyota Pasong Tamo
Must have a working knowledge about labor law
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
With or without experience in an HR role
Knowledge about government benefits is an advantage
