The HR Specialist for Satellite supports day-to-day HR activities across assigned stores, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintain manpower count of handled stores
- Handle onboarding, requirements, and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and basic case handling.
- Ensures store employees compliance to set standard.
Qualifications
- With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Knowledgeable with recruitment and employee relations
- 1-2 years of related HR experience. Retail experience is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct field work/store visits in North Luzon
