Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Ability to fill positions quickly and meet time-to-fill KPIs
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, online job portals, social media sourcing, and passive candidate search techniques
- Proactive, results-oriented, creative thinker
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
While the position is currently a rank-and-file HR Assistant role, we are seeking candidates with hands on and end-to-end recruitment experience. Exceptional candidates may be considered for level adjustment depending on skills and performance during the interview.
