About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to HR team.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
