Employee Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement events and activities.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure participation and support for engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and company culture.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement activities.
Prepare and manage the budget for engagement events.
Employee Discipline
Administer and enforce company policies and procedures regarding employee conduct, in the form of NTEs, NDAs, and memorandums.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct.
Collaborate with department managers to address disciplinary issues.
Prepare documentation and maintain records of disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on disciplinary matters.
Reporting
Generate regular reports on engagement activities and disciplinary actions.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other Duties
Experienced in Canva design and video editing.
Assist In Other HR Functions As Required.
Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.
