Overview
We are looking for a Creative Associate to support our Talent Acquisition team by creating engaging content that attracts top talent. The role will also collaborate with different departments across the company to support various creative and visual communication needs. This is a portfolio-driven role—no formal corporate experience required.
Qualifications
- No formal corporate experience required—a portfolio is required.
- Strong passion for content creation (video, photo, and design).
- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content.
- Comfortable creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels).
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Canva
- CapCut
- Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Content
- Create and edit engaging recruitment and employer branding content.
- Produce photos, videos, and social media creatives for hiring campaigns.
- Develop creative ideas and visual content to attract potential candidates.
- Support content planning for Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Design static visuals such as social media posts, banners, presentations, and internal materials.
Company-wide Creative Support
- Collaborate with different departments (Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.) for creative needs.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all outputs.
Content & Trends
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to content creation.
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement and content performance.
