What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day employee relations concerns such as attendance, punctuality, performance support, and minor disciplinary matters, with escalation of more complex cases when required
- Advise employees and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair implementation
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and ensure successful adoption across the night shift workforce
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions, documentation, cultural integration, regular check-ins, and exit discussions
- Act as HR point of contact, actively promoting a positive culture and reinforcing company values
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts by identifying trends, addressing concerns, and recommending actionable solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders while serving as the key liaison between operations.
- Collaborate with teams to refine HR processes and monitor key themes affecting employee engagement and retention
Key Criteria
- Open to working fully onsite and full night shift schedule
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in full-cycle HR operations
- Experience managing employee relations cases with sound judgment and confidentiality
- Background in supporting night shift or operations-driven environments is highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and standard HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrates integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Night shift, fully onsite arrangement (non-negotiable)
